“Isaac is a bright young man who brings a refreshing honesty and enthusiasm to local politics.  Isaac has the qualities of success as our representative. He is unselfish, he is an intense listener, he is on top of issues, and he cares about real, day to day issues.  Foremost, of all, is that he cares about people more than he cares about himself. When is the last time you have heard that?
Isaac is certainly impressive and he will not be afraid to stand up for what is right for all of us.
A vote for Isaac is a vote for us.

Please vote on November 8th. It is our duty and our responsibility to vote.”

Isaac Riston is thrilled to have Pennsylvania Conference of Teamsters’ support in this election! Protecting the union way of life is necessary to help everyday Pennsylvanians.  This campaign is committed to fighting for workers’ rights and protecting the right of workers to organize.

“The Pennsylvania Conference of Teamsters represents approximately ninety-five thousand (95,000) working Teamsters. The Pennsylvania Conference of Teamsters is affiliated with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters which represents 1.4 million Teamsters.”

Isaac Riston is ecstatic to have the backing of the Communications Workers of America this election. They understand the importance of workers’ rights as they are the center of the work that CWA does. They understand that we need a legislature that supports making it easier for workers to take collective action in Pennsylvania’s workplaces. This campaign is also proud to share CWA’s commitment to providing affordable healthcare for all, investing in infrastructure, and holding corporations accountable.

“Members of the Communications Workers of America are part of one of America’s largest and most diverse unions. We work not just in the communications and information industries, but also in the news media, the airlines, broadcast and cable television, public service, higher education and health care, manufacturing, in high tech and more.”

Isaac Riston is proud to be endosred by Working Families Party. They understand that running candidates that believe in making everlasting change for people is the ultimate goal of any campaign and the Isaac Riston campaign is dedicated to doing good for the people of the 169 for the next 10 years regardless if Isaac wins or loses on November 8th. WFP also understands that what is keeping this country back is that regular people are kept out of politics. Instead the richest people on Earth have taken hold of our government and economy while dividing us from what we have in common. It is why Isaac Riston is running to make Harrisburg People-Focused not Corporate-Bought!

“The Working Families Party is regular people coming together across our differences to make a better future for us all. We’re a multiracial party that fights for workers over bosses and people over the powerful. We want an America which realizes the promise – unrealized in our history – of freedom and equality for all.”

Isaac Riston is excited to announce that he has been endorsed by AFT Pennsylvania! The American Federation of Teachers is a union of 36,000 members: teachers, paraprofessionals and school-related personnel, local, state and federal employees, higher education faculty and staff, and nurses and other healthcare professionals. The union believes in long-term, sustainable solutions that are good for Pennsylvania’s children, families, educators, and communities. Isaac Riston is thrilled that another labor union has endorsed this campaign. AFT Pennsylvania sees a candidate that is willing to stand up to big corporations, not take their money, because Isaac will make Harrisburg People-Focused not Corporate-Bought.

Isaac Riston is happy to announce that PSEA – PA State Education Association-PACE (an organization with over 178,000 members) has recommended this campaign for the 169th State Representative position! This campaign is fighting for school employees and the children they serve, and is the only one for this position that has taken $0 from organizations (such as the Commonwealth Children’s Choice Fund) that want OUR tax dollars given to private schools. Together we can protect labor rights with hardworking Pennsylvanians who are overlooked so often. Isaac Riston is looking forward to protecting those rights in Harrisburg and making it People-Focused not Corporate-Bought!

Isaac Riston is  happy to announce that Pennsylvania AFL-CIO has endorsed this campaign. PA AFL-CIO sees this campaign is the only one for the 169th that wants better pay and benefits for workers, to secure retirements, to help create gender equality, to establish adequate workplace health and safety requirements, to fully fund high-quality public education, and to protect and expand civil rights. Bottom line, this campaign cares about Pennsylvania’s working families, which is why this labor union of 700,000 working people in Pennsylvania backs this campaign. This campaign ultimately seeks to make Harrisburg People-Focused not Corporate-Bought!

Isaac Riston is ecstatic to have International Union, United Automobile, Aerospace, and Agricultural Implement Workers of America endorsement in this election! Isaac believes in workers’ rights and the UAW sees that Isaac is the only choice for state representative in the 169 that will protect and expand workers’ rights. Protecting, promoting, and expanding rights of workers is a key component to our democracy. This campaign is committed to fighting for the workers not corporations and Isaac is thrilled to have UAW behind him.

The UAW’s commitment to improve the lives of working men and women extends beyond our borders to encompass people around the globe. Through vigilant political involvement and coordination with world labor organizations, we continue to fight for enforcement of trade agreement provisions on human and worker rights, fair labor standards and a new approach to international trade — one that raises the quality of life for working people worldwide.

Isaac Riston is proud to receive the endorsement of Run for Something (RFS), the groundbreaking organization that recruits and supports strong voices in the next generation of progressive leadership.

Run for Something is proud to continue this year’s record-setting run by introducing our latest class of endorsees. This month, we’re adding 74 candidates from 30 states — including 14 RFS alumni running for re-election — to a growing slate of leaders who are stepping up to meet this critical moment and fight for reproductive rights at the state and local level.

“The GOP overturned Roe by playing the long game at the local level while Democrats prioritized federal races at the expense of building a bench,” shared RFS co-founder and co-executive director, Amanda Litman. “We need pro-choice candidates in every seat, up and down the ballot, to help win back abortion rights. Current leadership isn’t cutting it – we’re here to help the next generation lead this fight.”

The endorsement process includes an extensive internal review with background check, staff interview, and insight from local state experts.

Isaac Riston is thrilled to have Progressive Turnout Project’s support in this election! Protecting access to the ballot is a key component to protecting our democracy. This campaign is committed to fighting for the expansion of voting rights for everyone in Pennsylvania.
